Description
Layout carried out the full engineering design of heating, cooling and ventilation, plumbing (drainage), electrical, low-current, and fire safety systems for the “Ocean Capital Chavchavadze” project.
Within the scope of the project, comprehensive and integrated engineering solutions were developed, fully compliant with modern construction and technical standards. Special attention was given to the efficient coordination of systems, energy efficiency, and long-term, stable operation
Advantages
The heating, cooling, and ventilation systems were designed to ensure an optimal indoor microclimate, uniform temperature distribution, and continuous air quality control in both residential and common areas.
The plumbing (drainage) system was developed to ensure efficient water management and drainage, reducing the risk of overloads and technical issues.
The electrical and low-current systems incorporate modern requirements for automation, safety, and communication, ensuring smooth and technologically advanced operation of the building
